For a meeting of the directors of a well-known coffee manufacturer worldwide, I was able to organize appropriate locations for the conference and the evenings in London. The conference should take place in a location where the business people and trend setters of London meet and which provides an urban atmosphere. The evening locations should also meet these requirements.
I chose Shoreditch House, an exclusive modern London club for the conference, and two special restaurant pubs for the evenings. I chose one pub in Fulham that specializes in game and a trendy pub in the business district.
Together with my partner, Dirk Peltzer, on site, I was able to lead the project to a “Bulls Eye” success.
Oper! Awards in Berlin
It has always been my dream to organize an event in the Konzerthaus on Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin. That’s the “Oper! Awards” ceremony too, which I was able to support with my team. It was a very special honor and joy for me.
Mario Flaschentraeger, an experienced event professional, was in charge of the directing and the process organization. The great response of all participants and clients promise that we will support the event in the coming year too, is what makes my job so appealing!
Crossing the alps with Porsche GTS and Jaguar F-Type
A very special incentive trip took the best customers of a software company from Munich to South Tyrol, more precisely to the Sarntal.
The Hotel Bad Schörgau formed the home base from which the motorized rides in the Dolomites and on the Lake Garda were started. Gregor Wenter our host once again lived up to its name as an exception with its excellent Tyrolean cuisine.
In addition to the exceptional route that left nothing to be desired by drivers, the highlights were certainly the lunch on the so-called shiver- terrace high above Lake Garda and a stop at a rustic alpine hut in which guests were well looked after.
Gala evening on the occasion of MIPIM in Cannes
MIPIM in Cannes is the meeting point for real estate professionals and real estate moguls in the world. Every year in March the who’s who of the industry meets here. Accordingly, the best locations are in demand for a gala evening that arouses the desire among the big fish in the industry to be there.
Together with my local partners, we managed to find such a location. The agency from Germany, which looks after the customer, took care of the corresponding interior and thus all the goals that the customer had set for this evening were achieved!
Sailing incentive in Mallorca
A very special kind of incentive trip took the best customers of a software company from Munich to South Tyrol, more precisely to Sarntal. I was able to organize a sailing incentive on Mallorca for the 20 best customers from EMEA of an IT company from California.
Together with a charter company, who was also on board as skipper of one of the 3 yachts, I worked out an individual regatta and ensured the necessary logistics on land.
Guests stayed at the Melia Hotel within walking distance of the marina for the first night and on board the yachts for the following two nights.
The greatest challenge on this trip was the unpredictability of the weather and the wind, so that all bookings could be canceled at short notice and new restaurants had to be reserved within 90 minutes before the guests’ arrival. My knowledge of the language and my relationship to the Spanish mentality came in very handy here.
Marketing Meeting in Amsterdam
The global marketing managers of a coffee producer met in an enclave in Amsterdam. Important was the selection of the conference location, which was rented for 5 days and should give all participants the feeling of being and feeling like residents of Amsterdam.
With my partner from Amsterdam we found a special hotel and rented a canal house. The success of the event and the absolute satisfaction of the participants confirmed the selection of the locations.
Interview productions in Italy and Mallorca
Together with a German production company, I organized interviews with famous medical professors for an American pharmaceutical company in Italy (Bologna, Modena, Milan, Bari) and Mallorca.
My task was to find the locations, provide the technical equipment, the furniture, the make-up artist and the catering. All correspondence went through me, since the colleagues on the customer side did not speak Italian.

In addition to arranging hotels and the conference in the former mayor’s auditorium, I organized a retail safari with my partners from London, as well as a visit to a hip London communications agency. Here the guests could experience new concepts in marketing and new shop concepts in retail over two afternoons.

In addition to the hotel brokerage and the conference in the old VASA TEATER in Stockholm, I organized a retail safari together with my partners from Stockholm, as well as visiting furniture designers and visiting new hotels. Here the guests could exchange ideas directly with the designers over two afternoons and experience new shop concepts in retail.
Members meeting in Mallorca
The annual general meeting of a marketing association from Switzerland should find a new home on Mallorca.
Thanks to my contacts on the island, I was able to bring the club to Rafael Nadal’s new hotel and sports center as the first group. I also arranged contact with my DMC, who was responsible for the logistics.
